God Is Dead

Nietzsche's most quoted line, often misunderstood. He is not celebrating; he is reporting. The Christian metaphysical framework that grounded European values has collapsed under the pressure of science and historical criticism, but the values built on it have not yet absorbed the loss. Nihilism is the task still ahead.
